About
Grace is a Principal User Researcher at GitHub with 15+ years of experience working across complex product ecosystems, including enterprise platforms, two-sided marketplaces, developer tools, and AI-powered workflows. She guides product strategy through deep customer understanding, helping teams challenge assumptions and make outcome-driven decisions. Before GitHub, Grace honed her craft at Airbnb and Uber, and had a former life in jury consulting. When she’s not conducting interviews or synthesizing data, you might find her quilting because piecing together patterns is kind of her thing.
