David A. Wheeler is Director of Open Source Supply Chain Security at the OpenSSF, The Linux Foundation, and an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. He holds a PhD in Information Technology, an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Electronics Engineering. David is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His work focuses on improving the security of open source software development and supply chains.
