Callum Cieciala builds the internal platform used by more than 300 engineers to ship code every day at Galaxy. He oversees the company’s GitHub footprint across more than 15 organizations and 1,200 repositories. Over the past year, he has gone from cautiously assigning two-point Jira tickets to AI agents to launching hundreds of autonomous pull requests across the organization in a single morning, while building the production tools that made it possible. As VP of Developer Experience, Callum is part of the team responsible for CI/CD, GitHub governance, and developer tooling across Galaxy’s engineering organization. He has spent more than a decade building developer platforms and infrastructure. Outside of work, he enjoys live music and winning jackpots at the arcade with his son.
