Alpha Romer Coma is a Senior Data Engineer at ViableView and an independent machine learning engineer specializing in multimodal AI and accelerated computing across text, video, and audio. He has benchmarked more than 20 datacenter, consumer, and edge AI accelerators across training and inference. At PyTorch Conference Europe 2026, Alpha presented a comparison of PyTorch workloads across NVIDIA H100 GPUs, Google TPUs, and AWS Trainium, covering performance and development tradeoffs. He is a Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer, an AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer Associate, a GitHub Campus Expert, and an AWS Community Builder in AI Engineering. Through more than 25 technical talks and workshops, he has taught over 4,000 students and professionals across the Philippines.
